Sports

This section looks at the numerous sports that are considered hobbies. They differ from other sports in that these are sports you can do by yourself (although it is always more fun, and sometimes much safer, to have a friend or partner with you for most of them). Every article has information on how to get started, whether you are an expert or a beginner, and the different essentials of each sport. This includes any classes you may need to take, licenses you need to get, equipment you need to have, and clothes you need to wear. The first article is hiking. It also gives information on how to find new hiking paths in your area, and where some of the best trails are in the world. Next, we look at Cross-Fit, a new fitness program that focuses on high intensity. It also looks at some of the health risks and safety issues associated with the training program, and how to make sure you don’t extend yourself too far. Next, it looks at climbing and kayaking, and, like the hiking article, gives information on how to find new trails and new waters to explore. The next article is marathon running. This article is a little different in that it tells you how to get started, and then how to train. This is because you need to start very slowly, especially if you aren’t in great shape, and there are several things you need to do before you can even start training for a marathon. The next article in this section is hunting. One of the most important sections in this article is safety, because hunting can be incredibly dangerous and there are usually hundreds of accidental hunting deaths every year. It will give you information on how to be careful so you aren’t attacked by an animal, and how to protect yourself and other hunters in the woods from each other. Next, it looks at ice skating, which, like hiking, climbing, and kayaking, gives information on how to get started, the equipment you need, and where to skate. The last article in this section is dance. It differs slightly from the other articles in that it looks at the different styles of dance, and which style you may be best suited for.
